Servo 700 is a special purpose hard facing electrode. It can be deposited on straight carbon steels as well as high speed cutting steels, exposed to high working temperatures. The ideal choice for hard facing with weld deposits that are dense, evenly-rippled and defect free. Weld deposits are non-machinable and grind able only. Suitable for CPO & PKO screw presses and oil PressSeed worms/flites and parts of cement kilns and wearing parts in various industries. Highly competitive prices.
 
Servo 900 is special purpose Low Heat input Chromium-Carbide Electrode. It can be deposited on straight carbon steels as well as on high speed cutting steels exposed to high working temperature. The ideal choice for Hard Facing with Weld Deposits which are dense, evenly-rippled and defect free. With excellent strike, Weld Deposits are non-machinable and grind able only. Suitable for Oil extracting machinery for Soya, Sunflower, Maize, Cotton, Rapeseed, Coconut and Palm Kernel etc. Oil-Seeds and oil Expeller’s Worm & Collars, parts in Cement Kilns and other wearing parts for different Industries.
